Nita Bhat and Sid Radhakrishna are a husband-and-wife team with over a decade of experience operating businesses and supporting executives, particularly in the education, workforce, government, industrials, and energy sectors. We care deeply about the people and teams we lead, thrive in complexity, and aren’t afraid to roll up our sleeves to solve tough challenges. Our goal is to bring our energy, integrity, and hands-on leadership to the next chapter of your business — while you focus on what’s next for you.

  • Nita has spent most of her career at EY-Parthenon, the management consulting arm of Ernst & Young. Since 2014, she has led over 30 engagements serving many of the most influential leaders of state and local government, corporations, foundations, and investors.

    Between 2020 and 2022, she also served as the chief of staff to Kelly Grier, EY Americas’ CEO, who oversaw an $18 billion portfolio and 80,000 employees. Nita has been most fulfilled when serving in operational roles, such as when she served as the de-facto CFO of a school system for almost two years.

    Nita began her career teaching high school biology in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She has master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Public Policy from Stanford University.

    Nita currently lives in Boston with her husband Sid and baby daughter Laya. The three are fans of travel and the outdoors, and are happy to relocate for this next adventure!
